Tweddle Farm

If you're looking for a fun day out with your baby, you should head to Tweddle Farm. It's a great place to learn about farming and country life, and there are plenty of activities for the little ones to enjoy.
The farm is home to lots of friendly animals, including cows, pigs, sheep, and horses. The kids will love meeting them and feeding them. There's also a play area with swings, slides, and a climbing frame, as well as a picnic area where you can have a bite to eat. We recently visited around Halloween and the pumpkin patch was great for "H". There were also fairground rides which were great for keeping the little ones entertained.
So why not head to Tweddle Farm Hartlepool and enjoy a day out with your little one?

Durham Cathedral
Durham Cathedral is a must-see if you're in North East England with a baby. It's one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the country, and it's just a short walk from the city center.
The cathedral was built in the late 11th century, and it's home to some of the most stunning architecture in the UK. If you're looking for a dose of history and culture, Durham Cathedral is the place to go.
And don't forget to check out the cathedral's shop—it's got some great souvenirs that you can't find anywhere else.
A great time to visit is during the "Lumiere" light festival where the city comes to life with various different light shows, great for keeping the little ones attention!

High Force Waterfall
If you're looking for an amazing day out with your little one, you need to check out High Force. It's a waterfall that's just a short drive from Barnard Castle, and it's well worth a visit.
The waterfall is pretty mesmerising, and your baby will love exploring the area. There are plenty of areas to explore, and you'll find that there's something for everyone. You can spend the whole day there, and you'll be guaranteed an amazing time at High Force.

Bamburgh Beach and Castle
When it comes to North East England beaches, Bamburgh beach is definitely a standout. It's one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the area, and it's also home to the Bamburgh Castle.
The castle is a real sight to behold, and it's a great place to take a walk or have a picnic. The beach is also worth exploring, and it's perfect for little ones because the water is so calm. Make sure to stop by The Bamburgh Beach Cafe—it's got great views, and the food is delicious.

Holy Island
If you're looking for a day out with your baby, you can't go wrong with a trip to Holy Island. It's one of the most beautiful places in North East England, and it's a great place to explore with your little one.
There's plenty to do on the island, from walking along the beach to visiting the Lindisfarne Priory. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can even take a trip across the causeway to the mainland. Just make sure you check the Holy Island tide times so you don't get stranded!

The beach is also a great place to watch the sunset, and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby if you get hungry. I recommend a visit to "Stack". This was great throughout the summer as they had put on daily shows for the children during the school holidays such as "The Greatest Show Man".
So why not pack up your buggy and head on down to Seaburn Beach? You won't regret it!
